Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is caused due to the inflammation of the lungs and obstruction of air that moves to and from the lungs. It is typically caused because of long-time exposure to lung irritants. Here are some foods that can worsen the condition:

1. Bok choy

2. Cheese and other dairy products

5. Greasy foods

When your belly is bloated, your diaphragm will be pushed, restricting your lung expansion.

6. Salt
Excessive amounts of salt in food items can cause your body to retain more fluids than required. This may increase your blood pressure and, subsequently, cause breathing problems.
